1. About these terms
These terms describe use of GhostTV’s media-player applications and this product website. GhostTV is the publisher name used on this website. App-specific instructions and capability descriptions apply to the platform and version identified alongside them.
By using GhostTV, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights and any applicable distribution-platform terms continue to apply.
2. Media player only
GhostTV is a media player only. GhostTV does not provide server URLs, IPTV URLs, playlists, channels, media content or IPTV subscriptions. Users must supply their own authorized sources and are responsible for having permission to access the content they play. A separate provider account or subscription may be required.
GhostTV does not activate provider accounts, sell third-party subscriptions or guarantee the availability, legality or quality of a source you choose.
3. Authorized use
Use only sources and content you are authorized to access. Follow the source provider’s terms, licensing conditions and connection or device limits. Do not use GhostTV to infringe copyright, bypass access restrictions or interfere with another person’s systems or services.
You are responsible for source details you enter, permissions required to use them, and the security of your account credentials and device. Do not share provider credentials with GhostTV support.
4. Independent sources and services
Providers, playlist operators, streaming hosts, guide servers and artwork hosts are independent services. They control their own content, account access, charges, availability and data practices. A contract or payment you make to a provider is separate from GhostTV. Removing a GhostTV profile does not cancel a provider subscription.
Source changes, outages, unsupported media formats and provider restrictions may affect playback or guide availability. No promise is made that every source or stream will work.
5. Platforms, availability and updates
GhostTV has iOS and Windows apps. Features vary by platform and version. This website’s detailed connection, player, guide and local-storage explanations refer to the Windows implementation unless stated otherwise.
Contact GhostTV support for current availability. This website does not sell the apps, process payments, provide a subscription checkout or publish an unverified download link. No Android app is offered here.
Updates may change features, compatibility or requirements. Provider content, network access and third-party services are outside GhostTV’s control.
6. Privacy and support
The GhostTV Privacy Policy describes GhostTV applications, this website’s hosting and support communications. Your chosen sources have their own privacy policies.
Contact customersupport@roadshare.ng for app help, availability or privacy questions. Provide a redacted description of the issue rather than provider secrets. Support does not supply IPTV sources or subscriptions.
7. GhostTV materials
GhostTV branding, website design and original product materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Using the player gives you no ownership of GhostTV materials or third-party content. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
Illustrative scenes and sample programmes on this website explain the interface; they are not a supplied channel package or a promise of access to that content.
8. Reliability and applicable rights
Playback depends on your device, network and source. Keep your device secure and use trusted sources. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to independent services or the accuracy of provider-supplied schedules.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No jurisdiction-specific waiver, fixed damages cap or exclusive dispute venue is imposed by this text.
9. Changes and contact
